Trademark Holders Have a Chance to Get Again the Facebook Username That They Failed to Get
On June 13th, Facebook released new feature that enable their members to personalized their username which also will appear on their profile URL. Facebook released this feature as first-come, first-serve basis, and because of that many of trademark holders failed to register their trademark name as their Facebook username because the username already taken by someone.
For all trademark holders who experience this case I find a good news for you, I read an article on Mashable which you can read here, that article informs that Facebook can strip the name from a user if the trademarked entity is requesting it. That’s mean you have a chance to get again the username that you failed to get because someone already taken it, of course to be able to do this you must have the proper credentials.
